New Innuos Streamer Line Up

We got the chance to take a look at the new Innuos line up at the Munich show. The latest Innuos Mk3 Music Server Series continues their pursuit of bringing Digital Music to new heights. Learning from experience and success of the ZENith MkII SE, including our collaboration with Dr. Sean Jacobs, the Mk3 family benefits from trickle-down technology.

Innuos have looked to advance their three key design areas: minimising power noise, reducing vibration and optimising firmware, resulting in the entire range benefiting from upgraded power supplies, new custom motherboards and new chassis. The ZEN and ZENith also receive upgraded anti-vibration with asymmetrical isolation feet, whilst the new Mini now also enjoys greater connectivity, and an optional Linear Power Supply upgrade.

We are expecting the new range of servers to be available July 2018.

Whilst at Munich this year we also got chance to take a look at the new Innuos Zenith Statement.

Retailing for £9799, the Innuos Zenith Statement builds on the foundations laid down by the Zenith SE but with a second, umbilically-linked box housing the transformer, separately enclosed to prevent vibrations and EMI emissions from polluting the rest of the circuit, and a new power supply designed one Dr. Sean Jacobs.

From that power supply, eight independent power rails are extracted to independently juice each of the custom motherboard’s critical components (CPU, hard drive etc.) plus an in-house designed USB board and ‘3ppb OCXO’ clock “for higher precision and lower phase noise”.
