COVID Update - April 2021

Hope everyone is continuing to stay safe and well, on Monday April 12th 2021 we will be opening our doors to the public Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm.

Since the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the UK is now a rapidly changing and uncertain landscape.

As lockdown is beginning to ease, we want you to know that we will be working as tirelessly as ever to provide the same level of great customer service.

Changes – What have we done?

We know there is anxiety surrounding public safety and that is why we have shifted how we work to match these demands. These changes adhere to the advice from the Government and have been put in place to keep you and our colleagues safe.

Which is why we have brought in the following guidelines to our store:

• Hand Sanitizer points
• Staff members will wear face masks and gloves when needed
• 2 metre markings to help social distance
• On top of this, commonly used and touched areas such as door handles, and desks will be cleaned regularly.

If you have made an appointment to come and see us in store and have any of the following symptoms, we would politely ask you to re book your visit:

• Continuous cough
• High temperature
• Shortness of breath

If you would prefer to shop with us at distance, we will still be offering the following services:

• A Covid safe Click And Collect service.
• Home demonstration service available via UPS courier
• We will continue to offer our contactless nationwide delivery service as well as regular courier options.
